Every thing was perfect we are Women in our early 60's but we had no trouble. Our guides were perfect and a lot of fun. Food perfect weather was ever changing but we were prepared trek provided the best outer jackets and sleeping bags. They were needed. Do not hestitate to use this company a stay in Thamel before and after was so much fun. It makes me cry when ever I recall the spiritual joy I had on this trip ad well as making it to the top.
